Kylie Murdock is an intern at GQR where she helps the team with research, proofing, and administering surveys. She studied Environmental Science and Policy at UC Berkeley where she was a leader in student government and College Democrats. She also interned on the Hill for Congresswoman Barbara Lee and volunteered on Senator Warren’s 2020 campaign for President. After undergrad, she worked at Third Way, a DC think tank, for more than four years on policy and messaging on domestic policy issues, including immigration, criminal justice, LGBTQ issues, and health care.
She graduates in May with a Master’s in Public Policy from George Washington University where she’s focused on social welfare issues and has done research on poverty, the Child Tax Credit, and childcare costs.
