New poll for NWLC details the challenges women still face two years into the pandemic in both reentering, and thriving in, the workforce – and what can be done about it.

A new survey by GQR, conducted for National Women’s Law Center, finds that Americans, and women in particular, are still struggling with the economic effects caused by job loss since the pandemic began. 

The survey of 3,800 US adults was conducted from February 7 to February 25.
