In an article written for The Washington Post, GQR Managing Partner Anna Greenberg and Senior Vice President David Walker discuss new research that shows America’s relationship with guns is changing.  

Driven by the repetitive horror of mass shootings, more and more voters support efforts to reduce gun violence and put this issue high on their issue agenda. These trends occur on top of declining gun ownership in this country and much more focused attention among Democratic political leaders at all levels of government.  Collectively, this movement carries the realistic promise of significant policy change in the near-future, policy change that will save lives.  There is real hope that this time will be different.
