GQR is pleased to announce that it has named Lindsey Reynolds as Senior Partner. She will join Senior Partners Anna Greenberg and Elizabeth Sena to create a 100% woman owned company. Reynolds has worked at GQR for 4 years serving as Chief Operating and Financial Officer and Data Protection Officer.
Reynolds is known in political circles for her shrewd judgment and ability to get things done. Reynolds joined GQR as COFO in 2017, bringing more than 20 years of political and campaign management experience at the national, state, and local level.
Working with the 2020 Biden for President Campaign, the Democratic National Committee, and state parties, Reynolds helped execute a successful strategy for the Biden Victory Fund (BVF), the joint fundraising effort to support the Biden-Harris ticket and Democrats across the country.
In 2018, Reynolds played a lead role in working with state parties and stakeholders to build the Democratic Data Exchange, a world-class data operation.
Before joining GQR, Reynolds was the COO at the Democratic National Committee, where she was responsible for overseeing day-to-day functions and worked with the CEO to execute the long-term strategy of the Party. Previously, Reynolds served as Director of the Office of the Secretary.
As Executive Director of Democrats Abroad, the official arm of the Democratic Party for Americans living outside of the United States, she oversaw operations for the global organization and managed the worldwide Get Out the Vote (GOTV) efforts. Notably, Reynolds ran the first international coordinated campaign effort in 2008.
Reynolds served as the Executive Director of the Virginia State Democratic Party. While there, she oversaw the development of one of the largest centralized voter file systems in the country; increased participation and revenue by 78% in four years; and developed one of the largest state party candidate and party ID collections in the U.S.
Senior Partners Anna Greenberg and Elizabeth Sena said of the promotion: “We are delighted to have Lindsey join us as a Senior Partner. Her leadership as COO and CFO has strengthened the company at a challenging time for the polling industry. As Senior Partner, she will continue to help us innovate methodologically, provide top notch strategic advice to our clients and continue her work in building the Democratic Party.”
