GQR is excited to announce and welcome Albert Morales as a new Vice President. For more than four decades, GQR has helped US and global political leaders, NGOs, and companies by providing accurate, penetrating opinion research and helping them to translate it into winning campaigns and online and offline communications plans. With the addition of Morales, a recognized leader in campaign and organizing strategies, GQR will be able to enhance and expand its services in communications, strategic campaign insights, marketing, and message development, both in the US and across the Americas.
“The best research instruments start with a practical understanding of the audience,” says GQR Partner Anna Greenberg. “Albert’s expertise in crafting messages and communicating effectively with voters will help ensure our clients have data-driven methods by which to tell their stories.”
“His practical political applications will offer our clients insight that will allow them to achieve their goals,” says GQR Partner Elizabeth Sena. “Whether it is message development for a large company or crafting a narrative in a municipal race, his expertise will be valuable to our clients.”
Morales joins GQR this month after more than two decades working with political campaigns and organizations, national advocacy groups and corporations to develop innovative and effective organizing and communications strategies. Before joining GQR, Morales was the Senior Political Director at Latino Decisions, a polling and research firm. Prior to that, Morales served as Vice President of Government Affairs for the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC) where he led the Chambers’ government relations on Capitol Hill, the Administration, and its membership across the country.
In the run up to the 2016 Presidential Primaries, he served as Director of Hispanic Engagement and Deputy Director of the party’s overall engagement efforts. During Governor Howard Dean’s tenure at the DNC, Albert spearheaded the party’s 50 State Strategy aimed at Hispanic voters.
“Albert brings amazing political experience and talent to our firm. We are thrilled he has joined our team.” says GQR Partner Jeremy Rosner.
