Kelsey Suter is a Vice President at GQR, where she executes PR and strategic communications strategies guided by opinion research.
Kelsey is a data-driven communicator with a global background who has advised sitting prime ministers and foreign governments, embassies, democracy-building NGOs, and multinational corporations. Her work has helped clients secure top-tier media placements, bring awareness to important issues, improve public perceptions, and win elections.
Kelsey has worked with clients across Western and Eastern Europe, Asia, the Caribbean, the Middle East, and Africa. She has also conducted and moderated hundreds of focus groups worldwide.
Kelsey has returned to GQR after an earlier stint with the firm from 2012-2016. She previously worked at APCO Worldwide, a leading global public affairs and strategic communications consultancy. She has an MSc in Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics and a BA in Political Science and English from the College of St. Benedict in Minnesota.
