Kelly Higgins is a Senior Associate for Greenberg Quinlan Rosner, where she works with many of the firm’s domestic political clients, conducting strategic research for a variety of campaigns, caucus programs and independent expenditures. In addition, Higgins works with many issue advocacy and labor groups on a variety of issues, including the Human Rights Campaign’s national LGBTQ research.

Higgins is a trained focus group moderator and has conducted numerous focus groups across the country. Some of her other clients include: Senator Gary Peters, Senator Amy Klobuchar, Governor Tom Wolf, Congressman Donald Norcross, and the New Jersey Senate and Assembly Democrats.

Higgins graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Political Science and Communication. While at Penn, she helped coordinate a GOTV effort, which successfully registered hundreds of students and increased voter turnout on campus in 2008 and 2010. Prior to joining GQR, Higgins lived in Maine where she worked part-time as a lobster fisherman.
