Rachel Hugman is an Assistant Analyst on the Domestic Team of Greenberg Quinlan Rosner, working with various domestic political campaigns and caucus programs. Prior to joining GQR, Hugman produced campaign and independent expenditure direct mail with the Mammen Group for the 2014 cycle and served as the Aide to Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg at the Supreme Court of the United States. 

Hugman holds a M.P.A. from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Trinity University. Her Master’s capstone focused on increasing female voter participation in democratic elections in developing nations.
