Kelly Higgins is an Analyst for Greenberg Quinlan Rosner, where she works with many of the firm’s domestic political clients, conducting strategic research for a variety of campaigns, caucus programs and independent expenditures. In addition, Higgins works with numerous issue advocacy and labor groups on a variety of issues, including the Human Rights Campaign’s national LGBT research.

Some of her current and past clients include: Senator Gary Peters, Governor Tom Wolf, the New Jersey Senate and Assembly Democrats, and the Pennsylvania House Democratic Caucus. Most recently, Higgins helped now-Mayor Jim Kenney win the Democratic nomination in Philadelphia by an historic 30 point victory.

Higgins graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Political Science and Communication. While at Penn, she helped coordinate a GOTV effort, which successfully registered hundreds of students and increased voter turnout on campus in 2008 and 2010. She has also worked as an intern in the Department of Homeland Security Press Office and at CBS-Philadelphia. Prior to joining GQR, Higgins lived in Maine where she worked part-time as a lobster fisherman.
