Biography

Adam Slater is the Director of Domestic Research at Greenberg Quinlan Rosner. Slater leads the research operation for all U.S. political projects, issue campaigns and domestic corporate programs.

Since arriving at the firm in 2007, Slater has led the charge in new quantitative and qualitative research methods, keeping Greenberg Quinlan Rosner on the cutting edge of research and sampling techniques for the 21st century.

Slater recently presented at the 2010 American Association for Public Opinion Research (AAPOR), along with Greenberg Quinlan Rosner’s Senior Research Associate, Patrick Faust, on a presentation entitled “Exploring the Use of Self-Reported Cell Phones in Voter Files for Likely Voter Sampling.”  Previously, he was named as one of eight “Burns ‘Bud’ Roper Fellowship Scholars” at the 2009 AAPOR Convention, for outstanding potential in the field of public opinion research.

Prior to joining the firm, Slater served in the office of U.S. Congressman Steve Rothman (NJ-9). There, he worked as the Congressman’s Field Representative and Outreach Director, while coordinating his campaign and working on the campaign of Senator Bob Menendez (D-NJ).

In the 2004 Presidential Election, he worked with Grassroots Campaigns and led a fundraising office in Philadelphia for the Democratic National Committee. Slater later organized the Philadelphia-Metro area for MoveOn’s Get-Out-The-Vote effort, “Leave No Voter Behind.”

Slater is a Syracuse University graduate with a B.A. in Political Science from the Maxwell School of Citizenship.
