Edie Nardecchia is the Managing Director at Greenberg Quinlan Rosner Research. In her role, Ms. Nardecchia oversees Greenberg Quinlan Rosner’s Programming Department, manages research cost procurement activities and plays an important role within the firm’s Field Department, advancing and standardizing research capabilities. In addition to her involvement within the firm’s research services, she also plays a key role as a member of the Administrative Director Committee and as a legal liaison.
Ms. Nardecchia has nearly two decades of experience in public opinion research. In 1998, Nardecchia joined Greenberg Quinlan Rosner as Analyst, where she consulted on dozens of campaigns, including former Connecticut Senator Chris Dodd’s re-election campaign. In January of 2000 Nardecchia was tapped to run the Firm’s Field Department where she oversaw all research projects and designed the firm’s methodological approach, and was named Managing Director in 2001 where responsibilities included oversight of firm operations.
Prior to joining Greenberg Quinlan Rosner, Nardecchia worked at CBS News in New York as a Senior Survey Associate in the Elections and Surveys Division. There Ms. Nardecchia assisted with the creation and design of national public opinion tracking research for the CBS/New York Times Poll, and the writing and editing of CBS News press releases. In addition to her regular duties as a Survey Associate, Nardecchia assisted in Exit Poll analysis and the creation of graphics for Chief CBS News Washington Correspondent Bob Scheiffer during the 1994 and 1996 election night broadcasts.
Ms. Nardecchia is a native of New York. She attended Marist College in Poughkeepise, NY graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science in 1998.
