Carly is a Project Coordinator at GQR, providing project support to the International team. She also supports the digital practice at GQR, helping develop new digital methods in digital listening to collect qualitative and quantitative data online.

Prior to joining GQR, Carly worked for the U.S. State Department in the Foreign Press Center as well as for the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, France. She has lived in France and Vietnam, and speaks fluent French.

Carly graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Duke University in 2016 with a degree in International Comparative Studies. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree from American University in Political Communication. Carly is originally from Boston, MA.
