Ben Winston is a Senior Associate at Greenberg Quinlan Rosner Research where he conducts strategic quantitative and qualitative research for a range of domestic political, issue advocacy, and organizational clients. A trained focus group moderator, Winston’s clients include Senator Jeanne Shaheen, Governor Maggie Hassan, Every Voice, and the University of Southern California / Los Angeles Times poll.
In 2014, Winston provided research and strategic advice to Honest Elections Seattle on behalf of I-122, a ballot initiative that implemented sweeping campaign finance reforms and a first-of-its-kind system of democracy vouchers in Seattle, Washington.
Prior to joining GQR, Winston was the Research Director at the strategic political research and polling firm The Feldman Group, where he helped provide research for the campaigns of Senators Tammy Baldwin (2012) and Al Franken (2014). Winston has also worked at the district office and on the campaign of former Congressman Russ Carnahan. He graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with majors in Political Science and Psychology.
