Greenberg Quinlan Rosner is pleased to announce that it has today promoted GQR Vice Presidents Kristi Lowe and Elizabeth Sena to become partners in the firm.
The firm’s two new partners bring a new generation of leadership to the top of the firm, along with decades of combined experience in conducting cutting-edge opinion research and providing winning strategic advice to campaigns, government leaders, corporations, and organizations in the US, Canada, and around the world.
Lowe has worked at GQR for 14 years, and currently leads GQR teams in providing strategic advice and polling to global heads of state, political parties, issue advocacy organizations, and corporate leaders. She has advised clients in over a dozen countries, in addition to the US. Her clients have included Irish Prime Minister Enda Kenny and his Fine Gael party; Prime Minister Perry Christie and the Progressive Liberal Party in the Bahamas; the British Labour Party; the Israeli Labor Party; the World Bank; Microsoft; and Harvard University. Lowe has written for publications such as Politico and the Huffington Post, and has lectured at an array of organizations, including the Central Intelligence Agency. Lowe holds a B.A. in International Relations and French from The College of William and Mary.
Sena has worked at GQR for 4 years, where she provides polling and strategic advice to candidates and ballot initiatives in the US and Canada. Prior to joining GQR, she worked at The Feldman Group and YouGov. She was part of the polling team that elected US Senator Tammy Baldwin (D-WI) and US Representatives Brad Sherman (D-CA) and led the research for labor funded independent campaigns in the 2016 presidential election. Sena is the Managing Director of GQR Canada, where she has worked with Provincial and Federal Parties as well as independent expenditures, including the union-backed Canadian independent expenditure campaign against Prime Minister Steven Harper. Sena is a leading Democratic expert in online polling and data analysis, and leads GQR’s Analytics practice, which has carried out pioneering, large-scale online studies and built data portals for progressive organizations, such as the AFL-CIO. Sena holds an Honors B.A. in Political Science from the University of Toronto, an M.A. in Political Science with a specialty in Political Campaigning from the University of Florida, and has completed her Ph.D. coursework at Carleton University in Ottawa.
